Cancelation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

Please call as soon as you know when canceling an appointment. I have no charge, this is because I may have to reschedule our appointment. I try never to do this but I am aging out of massage and transitioning to Real Estate and occasionally this causes me to deal with transactional issues at once though usually I can simply wait an hour.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment. If you are billing insurance the missed session is your responsibility. No-shows will need to be paid immediately. 

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time. I cannot bill insurance for lateness that portion of the session will have to be paid by you immediatley.
